Câți hipsteri ar putea intra într-un Volkswagen Transporter? Dar într-un Volkswagen Transporter lung de 7,6 metri și dotat asemeni unei limuzine? Wahyu Pamungkas, un indonezian din orașul Semarang, posedă un Volkswagen Kombi care are o lungime de 7,6 metri și o înălțime de 165 de centimetri.

Un an i-a luat asiaticului pentru a transforma un Volkswagen Transporter (cunoscut și sub numele de Van, Kombi sau Microbus) normal, într-unul lung de aproape 8 metri. Investiția a fost de aproape 30.000 de dolari, dar bărbatul spune că a meritat fiecare dolar investit.

Bărbatul nu este la prima ispravă de acest gen. În 2009, Wahyu Pamungkas (30 de ani) a mai transformat un Volkswagen Kombi într-unul de 6,9 metri pe care l-a vândut ulterior unui australian pentru suma de 16.000 de dolari.
