Francezul Stephane Peterhansel a câştigat Raliul Dakar pentru a 12-a oară în cariera sa (VIDEO)

Francezul Stephane Peterhansel (Peugeot) a câştigat Raliul Dakar 2016 la clasa auto, al 6-lea său succes pe 4 roţi, care egalează performanţa sa de la clasa moto, după disputarea etapei a 13-a, ultima, Villa Carlos Paz – Rosario, lungă de 699 km, dintre care 180 km probă specială.

Peterhansel, 50 ani, a triumfat în Dakar de 6 ori la clasa auto (2004, 2005, 2007, 2012, 2013, 2015) şi de 6 ori la clasa moto (1991, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1997, 1998). Peugeot a revenit anul trecut în competiţie după 25 de ani şi a câştigat un nou titlu, primul după succesele dintre 1987 şi 1990.

Ultima etapă a fost câştigată de francezul Sebastien Loeb (Peugeot) cu timpul de 1h46min51sec, urmat de finlandezul Mikko Hirvonen (Mini), debutant la Dakar, la 1min13sec şi de qatarianul Naser Al-Attiyah (Mini), învingătorul de anul trecut, la 1min36sec. Peterhansel a sosit al 9-lea, la 7min37sec de învingător.

În clasamentul general la clasa auto, Peterhansel s-a clasat pe primul loc, fiind urmat de Nasser Al-Attiyah la 34min58sec, sud-africanul Giniel De Villiers (Toyota) la 1h2min47sec şi de Mikko Hirvonen, la 1h05min18sec.
